Pushpa: The Rise – Part 1 is a 2021 Indian Telugu-language action drama film written and directed by Sukumar. Produced by Mythri Movie Makers in association with Muttamsetty Media, it stars Allu Arjun as the titular character alongside Fahadh Faasil (in his Telugu debut) and Rashmika Mandanna while Jagadeesh Prathap Bandari, Sunil, Rao Ramesh, Dhananjaya, Anasuya Bharadwaj, Ajay and Ajay Ghosh play supporting roles. The first of two cinematic parts, the film depicts the rise of a coolie in the smuggling syndicate of red sanders, a rare wood that grows only in the Seshachalam Hills of Andhra Pradesh state.

Minnal Murali is a 2021 Indian Malayalam-language superhero film directed by Basil Joseph and produced by Sophia Paul, under the banner of Weekend Blockbusters. The script is written by Arun Anirudhan and Justin Mathew. The film stars Tovino Thomas and Guru Somasundaram. It follows the life of Jaison, a young tailor who gains superpowers after being struck by lightning, and transforms into a superhero.

Atrangi Re is a 2021 Indian Hindi-language romance drama film directed by Aanand L. Rai and written by Himanshu Sharma. Produced by T-Series, Colour Yellow Productions and Cape of Good Films, the film stars Bollywood Superstar Akshay Kumar, Sara Ali Khan and South Superstar Dhanush. The film tells the story of Rinku (Sara Ali Khan), a serial eloper, who is in love with a man named Sajjad (Akshay Kumar). She gets forcefully married to an already engaged Vishu (Dhanush). Vishu soon falls in love with Rinku but the love triangle gets weirder when Sajjad shows up.

Satyameva Jayate 2 is a 2021 Indian Hindi-language vigilante action film written and directed by Milap Zaveri with production by T-Series and Emmay Entertainment. Based on the fight against injustice and misuse of power, it is an official spiritual sequel of the 2018 film Satyameva Jayate and stars John Abraham in a triple role alongside Divya Khosla Kumar, Rajeev Pillai and Anup Soni in important characters

Antim: The Final Truth is a 2021 Indian Hindi-language action film directed by Mahesh Manjrekar and produced by Salman Khan Films Distributed by Zee Studios, it is an adaptation of the Marathi film Mulshi Pattern, and stars Salman Khan, Aayush Sharma and Mahima Makwana.

Bunty Aur Babli 2 is a 2021 Indian Hindi-language comedy film produced by Aditya Chopra and directed and written by debutante Varun V. Sharma. A sequel to the 2005 film Bunty Aur Babli, the film stars Saif Ali Khan, Rani Mukerji, Siddhant Chaturvedi and Sharvari Wagh in the lead roles.

Sooryavanshi is a 2021 Indian Hindi-language action film directed by Rohit Shetty and produced by Reliance Entertainment, Rohit Shetty Picturez, Dharma Productions and Cape Of Good Films, based on a screenplay by Yunus Sajawal and an original story by Shetty. The fourth instalment of Shetty's Cop Universe, it stars Akshay Kumar as ATS chief DCP Veer Sooryavanshi opposite Katrina Kaif with supporting cast of Jaaved Jaaferi, Vivan Bhatena, Niharica Raizada, Jackie Shroff, Gulshan Grover, Abhimanyu Singh, Sikandar Kher and Nikitin Dheer. It also stars Ajay Devgn and Ranveer Singh in extended cameo appearances who reprise their roles of Singham and Simmba from the franchise's previous films.

Dhamaka is a 2021 Indian Hindi-language thriller film written and directed by Ram Madhvani who also produced the film with Amrita Madhvani, under his banner Ram Madhvani Films, along with Ronnie Screwvala's RSVP Movies, Lotte Cultureworks, Global Gate Entertainment and Lionsgate Films. An official remake of the 2013 film The Terror Live, co-written in the adaptation by Puneet Sharma, the film stars Kartik Aaryan in the leading role of a journalist named Arjun Pathak, who receives a threat after he exclusively interviewed a terrorist, who blew up a bridge. The film also stars Mrunal Thakur and Amruta Subhash in prominent roles.

Hum Do Hamare Do is a 2021 Indian Hindi-language comedy drama film directed by Abhishek Jain and produced by Dinesh Vijan. The film features Rajkummar Rao, Kriti Sanon, Paresh Rawal and Ratna Pathak Shah in the lead roles. Aparshakti Khurana, Manu Rishi and Prachi Shah feature in supporting roles. The story is about a young couple (played by Rao and Sanon) keen to adopt parents.
